The first time I walked into this store the friendliness and warmth of the proprietors, Rob and Linda, was palpable.... The first time I walked into this store the friendliness and warmth of the proprietors, Rob and Linda, was palpable. I immediately felt at ease. Although I was not shopping for something specific, I found a beautiful pair of labradorite earrings handmade by Rob which were perfect for one of my daughters. These earrings are still her favorite after several years! Since that first delightful shopping experience I have purchased additional items of jewelry for myself and my daughters as well as had several items of jewelry repaired. Most of the repairs were simple but when I broke a prong from my engagement ring the repair was not simple and Rob did a beautiful job! Last Christmas, my husband bought of pair of earrings for another daughter and I really did not think they were a perfect fit for her. I went back to talk to Linda, and she assisted me with trading the ones my husband purchased for a pair that my daughter was sure to (and did) like more. Linda made it an even trade! I was overjoyed, as was my daughter. In short, My Jewel Shop ROCKS!

I had a problem with the clasp on my Movado watch. The jewel shop was amazing, they examine it and... I had a problem with the clasp on my Movado watch. The jewel shop was amazing, they examine it and I receive it back in less than a week. They did a fantastic job, if I am in need of any of jewelry work and/or looking to purchase some jewelry, they are my go to ppl.

Rob and Linda were extremely personable and the service (watch repair) was satisfying. I had to return with the same... Rob and Linda were extremely personable and the service (watch repair) was satisfying. I had to return with the same watch due to a "self-inflicted wound" and Rob repaired it gratis as a courtesy. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice the fine jewelry that they have in the shop.
